A MAN who repeatedly hounded his father even after an injunction was taken out against him, has been jailed for eight months.
Nathan Moore, 23, breached the non molestation order a fourth time and had been subject to a community order, imposed for assaulting his sister and two earlier breaches, at the time.
He had also been on licence after being released from a 120-day prison sentence imposed for the third breach.
Recorder Graham Knowles said he had shown “flagrant disregard” for orders of Burnley Crown Court.
He told him: “You were content to breach this order again, knowing full well what you were doing.”
Moore, of Burnley Road East, Waterfoot, had admitted breaching the non molestation order.
