Police stopped a car on the M61 near Chorley as the front and side windows were tinted.
Officers said the Mercedes was stopped near Junction 8 for a closer inspection, earlier this week.
On further inspection it transpired the driver was not insured to drive the car.
The driver was reported and the car was seized.
