A video has emerged of Blackburn presenter, AJ Odudu, reacting to the Celebrity Big Brother housemates, ahead of the series launch this evening (March 4).

AJ, who is presenting the ITV series alongside Will Best, was given a sneak peek of the celebs set to enter the house and her reaction to them was captured on camera.

The full line-up will be revealed to the public when the first episode of the series launches at 9pm today.

In the video she descried one of the celebrities as “so competitive” asking if they will “get the gold” – is this a hint towards a possible athlete of Olympian entering the iconic house?

AJ described another housemate as “international” adding that they will “have to fly in”. AJ has predicted some drama between two housemates explaining that she “doesn’t think they will get along.”

Another housemate is a friend of AJ’s, described as “a good time gal [sic]”.

“They’re going to be in the hot tub. They’re going to have a splashing time,” AJ said.

In another hint AJ said one housemate will not hold back when it comes to nominations.

She said: “When it comes to nominations they are going to be savage… brutal honesty. I wouldn’t want to [live with them]”.

“Do you reckon that’s the house chef?,” she asked about another.

Pictures have also been released of the house and golden stars seem to be a common theme across the site.

Big Brother returned to our screens in 2023 with Jordan Sangha winning the series.

The iconic reality show first aired on Channel 4 in 2000 where it stayed for 10 years before moving over to Channel 5 from 2011 to 2018.

In 2018 Big Brother was axed (along with the Celebrity version) but was rebooted on ITV with new hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best in 2023.

Following the successful return of Big Brother it was also confirmed late last year that the celebrity version of the show would be returning in 2024 with Odudu and Best hosting once again.

Celebrity Big Brother starts tonight (Monday, March 4), at 9pm.

The new series will be available to watch on ITV1, STV, ITVX and STV Player.
