An Eid Fun Day returns to Blackburn park over the weekend.
The event will take place over two days on Saturday and Sunday (July 8 and 9) at Corporation Park.
It will incorporate the Blackburn Halal Food Festival, which will showcase fresh foods from a range of Asian and African cuisines.
The bi-annual Eid in the park event attracts hundreds and families from across the borough. As well as food stalls, the celebration features a fun fair and activities for children of all ages.
Eid-al-Adha was celebrated last week and signifies the end of the annual Hajj period.
An Eid in the Park prayers event planned for last Wednesday (June 28) was cancelled due to the bad weather.
The weekend weather appears to be a lot warmer than of late.
The festival opens at 11am and runs through till 6pm on both days.
People are asked to use the entrance on West Park Road.
