Open air Eid prayers are due to take place in a public park, weather permitting.
The now biannual Eid prayers in the park event is being planned for Corporation Park in Blackburn.
Eid-Ul-Adha also known as the Festival of Sacrifice signifies the end of the Hajj pilgrimage.
People are being asked to bring their own prayer mats for the event which takes place in front to the conservatory area.
Men, women and children are being invited to attend for the prayers which begin at 9.30am.
Organisers have announced leading Islamic scholar Sheikh Dr Sajid Umar will address worshippers.
Attendees are asked to be considerate whilst parking and not block any driveways.
In the event of heavy rain organisers will host the event at the Darussalam Education Centre in Whalley New Road.
There is currently a 40 per cent chance of rain in Blackburn tomorrow morning when prayers would be likely to take place, with temperatures at 17 degrees.
