Nippon Dai Martial Arts Academy, Blakewater Business Park Garden Street, Blackburn, will be running classes in fitness, martial arts, kickboxing and self defence on Monday June 9, Tuesday June 10, Wednesday June 11 and Friday June 13 between 7pm and 9pm. Classes are available to suit everyone from aged five upwards, all instructors are international coaches and there will be CRB checked Insured first-aiders present. The cost per session is £3.50 for juniors and £4.50 for adults.
