A COUNTY councillor has handed a petition to highways bosses from residents in the village.
They say Lindsay Park is being used as a shortcut by commuters and want a 20mph speed limit introduced.
The 150-signature petition was given to County Coun Steve Large and he has passed it on to Lancashire County Council.
Highways officers will now look at the proposal before a recommendation is put before councillors later this year.
