A missing pensioner suffering from dementia has been found.
Valerie O'Flynn, 65, was discovered by her family this afternoon in the Bank Top area of Blackburn.
The find was made by pure chance by relatives who joined in the police search.
Valerie, who also suffers from diabetes, was discovered missing at 5am yesterday while staying at her daughter's house in Heys Close, Blackburn.
Police launched an appeal for information after becoming increasingly concerned for her safety.
Valerie had been staying overnight at her daughter's house in Heys Close.
She went to bed at around 10pm on Wednesday and was reported missing at 5am yesterday.
Valerie, from Denville Road, Blackburn, also went missing a few weeks ago.
On that occasion she was found wandering on the A59 at Langho.
