A WOMAN who left her husband in fear as she shouted and screamed while her four children were in bed was arrested by police. Police were called to Jane Shepherd's home in the early hours by her husband.
The 33-year-old was found aggressive and shouting and swearing, a court was told.
Burnley Magistrates heard how Shepherd was given the chance to leave, refused and was arrested. Her partner appeared frightened of her.
Shepherd, of Wickworth Street, Nelson, admitted breaching the peace on May 29 and was bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months.
Her husband told officers she had been lashing out and often behaved like that when she had been drinking.
