AN annual market fund-raiser takes place next month.
Darwen Rotary Club is organising this year's Petticoat Lane market in Darwen Market Square.
It runs on May 5 from 9.30am to 4.30pm, depending on the weather.
And stalls are still available for anyone who wishes to help raise funds for local charities, includ-ing Cancer Research.
John East, of Darwen Rotary Club, said: "Darwen Rotary is trying to encourage and make a difference to Darwen life.
"We are encouraging all local organisations to come and join in the fun- packed day, making Darwen town centre the heart of the community with its usual warmth and enthusiasm to help other people. "
