A DRIVER narrowly missed being hurt after a rock was hurled at his car.
The man was driving a Vauxhall along Roman Road, Blackburn at around 10.45pm on Wednesday when the rock hit his driver's door panel.
He saw a boy, aged around 16 or 17 and wearing a red jacket, running off in the direction of a nearby estate.
Sgt Kath McIntyre said: "This was very dangerous and could quite easily have led to a nasty accident."
