HASLINGDEN-based Interfloor has bought Stikatak Ltd, a supplier of flooring accessories to the UK retail, contract and DIY segments.
Interfloor chairman Phil Reeder said: "In the last three years we have invested significantly to improve our business and this acquisition enables us to offer our even greater product choice."
Interfloor manufactures carpet underlay and flooring accessories.
