THE family of a father who was found hanging next to his daughter's grave are flying to Jersey for the funeral.
Andrew Deegan, 29, was found hanging next to the grave of his daughter at the Belle Vue Cemetery in Jersey.
Family members are hoping to hold a funeral for Andrew, who moved from Burnley to Jersey 10 years ago, at the end of this week.
Mr Deegan's father Chris Deegan, who lives in Burnley, said: "It is all still very raw at the moment.
"We are flying over to Jersey in the next couple of days.
"The funeral date depends on the coroner but we are hoping to have it on Thursday or Friday."
An inquest has not yet been opened into the death of the father but a post-mortem examination has been conducted and the outcome of histology and toxicology tests is awaited.
