A taxi driver drove off without paying after filling up with diesel at a Blackburn petrol station.
Blackburn magistrates heard that Ibrahim Kara had been offered a caution by police on condition he paid £61.17 owed to the filling station but didn't come up with the money.
Kara, 23, of Colenso Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to making off without paying. He was given a two year conditional discharge with £61.17 compensation and £60 costs.
