May is the 'Local History' month for all of East Lancashire's libraries and Oswaldtwsitle library is hosting an event to compliment this theme.
In partnership with Stepping Out and Ossy Roots, they have organised 'Healthy Steps'.
They intend to discover the local heritage by walking around Ossy, along with looking at old photographs, maps and census returns.
The first of these walks is talking place on Wednesday May 7, starting from the library at 2pm.
Everyone is welcome to join in on this easy paced walk.
