ROSSENDALE Council is inviting people to apply to become a co-opted member on the Audit Committee.
The committee considers reports from the internal and external auditors and makes recommendations to full council.
It is made up of seven members and has one co-opted member, for which a vacancy has now become available.
Applicants should not be councillors or employees of the council or relatives of either. The term of office is two years.
The committee meets approximately four times per year, in the evening at 6.30pm at Hardman Mill, Rawtenstall.
