Leading online food delivery service, Deliveroo, has revealed the most popular food and drink orders from Blackburn - and where they are ordered from.
The data comes just as Deliveroo is celebrating its third birthday in the town.
According to their findings, Saturday at 7:30pm is the most popular time for Blackburn locals to order Deliveroo. Further data has shown locals love German food the most, followed by Chinese.
A household staple also made the list.
The five most popular popular food and drink orders in Blackburn:
- The Original German Doner Kebab from German Doner Kebab
- Large Noodle Box from Oodles Chinese
- Karak Chaii from Chaiiwala
- Dirty Milk Tea from Bubble CiTea
- Warburtons Toastie Thick Sliced White Bread from Sainsbury's
Since its launch in the town three years ago, more than 102 restaurants have signed up to the platform. Deliveroo has created work for more than 230 people, with the majority of these being the Deliveroo riders who deliver your food which is cooked fresh to order and delivered to your door within 30 minutes.
Deliveroo supports local businesses in Blackburn, with 60% percent of its restaurant partners being local independent restaurants, creating new revenue streams for homegrown culinary talent.

Customers have the option to schedule orders via the Deliveroo app up to one day in advance or receive food as soon as possible between noon and 11pm, and from noon on the weekends, from a variety of leading local, independent and best-loved chain restaurants, conveniently delivered to their homes and offices.
