A MAN who was found on a train completely naked but for his trainers has been dealt with by the courts.
In September of last year British Transport Police dealt with the 35-year-old man, who had been spotted in the buff on a train in Lancaster.
He has now been convicted of a public order offence and fined £80.
A police spokesman said: “In September last year officers dealt with a 35-year-old male from Barrow In Furness, who was completely naked (except for a pair of trainers), on a train at Lancaster. Alcohol was a factor. He has now been convicted of a public order offence: £80 fine + £119 costs & surcharge.”
