Two men appear in court charged with kidnapping boy
TWO men have appeared in court charged with kidnapping a youth.
Avaiz Samad and Mudhassar Samad both pleaded not guilty to the charge which relates to an incident which happened in October of last year.
It is alleged that Avaiz, 27, and Mudhassar, 24, both of Blackpool Road, Aston on Ribble, took the child against his will.
A trial date has been set for April 25 and the pair have been granted bail.
