BLACKBURN'S Drive-In Experience family musical show this weekend has been postponed.
The socially distanced family-friendly entertainment event, running from Friday to Sunday, has been called of because of the forecast bad weather.
The drive-in show, brought to you by Blackburn BID, King George’s Hall and Pop Up Entertainment, was due to be held in Blackburn town centre featuring songs from well-known films and musicals.
Catherine Price, Blackburn BID Manager, said: “It is with regret that we have had to take the decision to postpone. Circumstances have conspired against us – especially the British weather!
“The Blackburn Drive-In Experience was just one piece of the wider initiatives we are working on to support the recovery of the town centre and our businesses.”
Anyone who purchased tickets will be offered a refund or the option of rolling their tickets on to the next event.
