EMERGENCY services have been called to Simister Island following a crash involving two vehicles and a lorry.
The incident happened on the M62 between Junction 18 and Junction 19 Eastbound.
Police, fire, ambulance and Highways England have been deployed to the scene.
One lane has been closed.
