Two would-be thieves have been arrested after police intercepted their movements and found them to be in possession of stash of suspected stolen tools.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, officers stopped the two men in Lancaster.
Police discovered the men were carrying a number of DeWalt tools which they suspected were stolen.
The items were seized and the men subsequently apprehended on suspicion of going equipped for theft.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Response officers stopped two males in Lancaster in the early hours of this morning who were subsequently arrested for going equipped for theft.
"The tools pictured were seized and may be stolen."
