Paulo Sousa: The Blackburn man has been missing since Monday
CONCERNS are growing for a missing man from Blackburn.
Paulo Sousa, 42, was seen at 9am on Monday February 15 in the Fishmoor area and was heading towards the centre of Blackburn.
Mr Sousa is five feet seven inches tall and is of average build with short dark shaven hair.
He is believed to be wearing black trousers or pants, a white t-shirt and a lightweight jacket with a diamond/chequered style
Anyone with any information can call police on 999 and quote reference LC-20210216-1147.
