AN investigation is underway after a fire broke out an empty house in Radcliffe last night.
Three fire engines were sent to a mid-terraced home on Penrice Close at around 7.20pm where crews used three hose reels to put out the flames.
Bolton North watch manager Craig Cubbins said a fire investigation team is working to establish the cause of the blaze.
He praised concerned neighbours for reporting the blaze and said firefighters also gave them smoke alarms and fire safety advice while they were in attendance.
No-one was hurt in the incident.
Police have been alerted to the fire.
