TRIBUTES have been paid to Linda Gardiner, who died peacefully at home on December 25 at the age of 60.
A loving wife to Michael and devoted mum to her daughter Georgia, Linda was a friend and neighbour to many.
She lived in Blackrod, Bolton, her whole life, growing up on Vicarage Road and later moving to Hillside Avenue.
She worked as a weaver at Victoria Mill before making the move to office work after being hired by DRA in Paragon Business Park, Horwich.
She loved the role and stayed with the company for 14 years.
Georgia Gardiner paid tribute to her mum, saying: “Her life and love was family.
“Family was number one for my mum and she put family before herself always.”
Linda was laid to rest on January 12.
Donations can be made in her memory to Bolton Hospice.
