CARRS Pasties could a new pop-up shop at The Rock in Bury.
The much-loved Bolton brand has submitted a planning application to Bury Council to temporarily take over a vacant commercial unit.
The pop-up, serving a range of hot and cold foods, would be open seven days a week for residents to get their pasty fix.
The application also proposes three full-time employees to work at the shop.
There are currently only three Carrs Pasties shops - with all located in Bolton.
Carrs has already launched a frozen delivery service to help combat the affects of the pandemic and a succession of lockdowns.
Their service currently operates in Bolton and neighbouring postcodes including Bury, Radcliffe, Swinton, Worsley and Walkden. Carrs is looking to roll this service out nationally over the next few years.
Carrs products include pasties, sausage rolls, sandwiches and cakes as well as meat-free vegan options.
