POLICE arrested a driver following a positive cannabis test after the car was spotted in Blackrod.
The driver's front window was missing and had been replaced with plastic sheeting.
Officers stopped the Skoda on Wigan Road, Aspull.
They found that the driver had no licence or insurance and the car was seized.
The driver tested positive for cannabis and was subsequently arrested.
Greater Manchester Police said:"Vehicle stopped by officers on Wigan Road, Aspull after being seen driving in Blackrod, Bolton.
"Driver arrested for section 5a having tested positive for cannabis.
"No licence or insurance so the car was seized."
