A CHANCE to see a virtual Santa is being offered by Bury Hospice this festive season.
Supporters are being given the chance to dodge the queues and meet Father Christmas in their own home.
Another option may be for Santa to read a story to little ones.
To book an appointment to Meet Santa via Zoom people are being asked to e-mail fundraising@buryhospice.org.uk to arrange a date and time.
Customers will then be sent a Zoom link which they open at the allotted time and Santa will appear on screen. All that is needed is a device which can make or receive video calls, preferably with the Zoom app installed, and a stable internet connection.
Appointments are available daily from 10am to 7pm from Tuesday, December 1 until Wednesday, December 23. The calls last around 15 minutes and are available from £10.
There will be a charge of £10 for one child or £20 for a family video call, with a maximum of four children. A story time experience costs £5.
