THIS car was seized by police after allegedly being driven around Leigh without a full licence or insurance.
The vehicle spotted by officers driving through Leigh, who said they performed checks on the car.
It is alleged the vehicle was found to have no insurance or valid MOT certificate.
Police also say the driver was found not to have a full driving licence.
Greater Manchester Police say the driver has been reported on suspicion of the offences and is due to appear in court.
The vehicle has been seized, said police on Tuesday.
