A COURT has barred a teenager from entering the Co-op store in Winter Hey Lane, Horwich after he admitted committing a string of offences.
At Wigan Youth Court the 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons was ordered to be electronically tagged and subject to a 7pm to 7am curfew for four months.
Magistrates heard how, on December 2, he stole confectionery worth £10, from the shop, aged £20 worth of food and assaulted two men. On December 18 he assaulted a man and was racially abusive and the following day stole items, worth £60, from another man. He must pay his victims a total of £225 in compensation.
