A trial has been confirmed over the alleged murder of teenage Bury boxer Cole Kershaw.
Kamran Mohammed, 19, of Kingsdale Close, Mohammed Izaarh Khan, 21, of Palace Street, and Khayam Ali Khurshid, 28, of Eton Hill Road, all Bury, have each denied murdering him on August 12.
The trio have also each denied possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life on the same date during a brief hearing at Manchester Crown Court.
Khan and Khurshid appeared in court via a video link and Mohammed was in the dock in person for the proceedings.
All three were remanded in custody by Judge Nicholas Dean QC and a trial date was confirmed, for an estimated six week hearing, from February 15 next year.
Raheem Hall, 19, of Hardfield Street, Heywood, who is accused of the firearms offence and assisting an offender, was not produced by HMP Forest Bank. His case was also adjourned. A pre-trial review hearing will take place on December 7.
