DOMESTIC abuse has increased worryingly during the lockdown.
Victims and those who fear someone they know may be suffering abuse are being invited to take part in a question and answer session on Thursday evening.
The event, hosted by Greater Manchester Police (GMP) with support from Greater Manchester Victims' Services and Talk, Listen, Change, will be held from 6pm to 8pm.
A GMP spokesman said: "With the current uncertainty, many of us are still spending a lot more time at home. But for some, home isn’t a safe place.
"We want to make sure victims have the opportunity to reach out, and access support.
"And also help increase awareness of the help that is available, should you be worried about someone you know."
Questions can be submitted online anonymously by clicking here.
