A woman has been charged with assault on an emergency worker and a public order offence.
The incident happened at the end of Oozehead Lane towards Manor Road in Blackburn on Saturday.
In a video being shared on social media a man is first seen being pushed away before an officer points a taser at him.
A woman then falls to the ground as an officer tries to arrest her but a struggle ensues.
She was later taken into custody. Police said they attended Oozehead Lane on the afternoon of Saturday, September 12 to seize a vehicle ‘when a woman became abusive and aggressive towards officers’.
A statement said: “A woman was arrested and has now been charged with assault on an emergency worker and a public order offence. She is Khalida Haq, aged 44 of Manor Road, Blackburn. She has been bailed to appear at Blackburn Magistrates’ Court on November 5.”
