A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a 30-year-old Failsworth man who failed to turn up at Tameside Magistrates' Court on charges of driving with excess levels of cocaine in his blood and driving through a red traffic light at a pedestrian crossing.
Arron James Michael Woodhall, of Oldham Road, is alleged to have on October 12, 2019.
He was stopped in his Ford Focus car in Emmott Way, after allegedly driving through a red light at the crossing in King Street, Oldham.
Woodhall failed to turn up at Tameside Magistrates' Court on July 28, triggering a warrant for his arrest.
