WANDERERS fans can pre-order the new home kit from Wednesday after it finally got a grand unveiling.

The new home shirt features the club’s traditional colours of white and navy blue and will be made by Macron, who recently extended their deal as technical sponsor.

The logo of Home Bargains – who also extended their sponsorship this summer – is emblazoned across the front of the shirt, which can be pre-ordered at Bolton Central from 10am.

Further bespoke details also feature on the reverse of the shirt including the Lancashire rose and the famous elephant motif.

In announcing the new shirt, Bolton chairman Sharon Brittan said she hoped the new kit would prove a hit with supporters.

“We are very pleased to reconnect with Macron, who have been a long-standing partner of the club,” he said.

“Not only are they a huge brand in sport and have a strong foothold in the UK, their ethos very much aligns with our vision of ‘One Club, One Community, One Town.’ “We are delighted with the design of this year’s kits and I am sure they will prove to be very popular with the Wanderers fans.”

The club is expected to reveal an exciting new away kit at the end of the month after working closely with Macron over the lockdown on a design they feel will be a hit on the terraces.

There will also be a new line of products manufactured for the club shop at the UniBol for the 2020/21 season, all of which will bear the icon of the Italian brand.

The ‘Macron Hero’ takes inspiration from the human form and the and the tip of a javelin and symbolises the joy felt at the end of a challenge. The achievement of a goal - fatigue, passion and determination and the Macron philosophy: ‘Work hard. Play Harder’.”
