AN inquest has opened into the death of a 23-year-old man who was found dead on his bedroom floor.
Jack Wright, of Victoria Street, Horwich, was found unresponsive on his bedroom floor on March 15 this year.
Greater Manchester Police coroner's officer Stefan Wilson said a snap bag of white powder was found at the scene.
An ambulance arrived and Mr Wright was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
His body was taken to the Royal Bolton Hospital and Dr R Sawant carried out tests.
Combined drugs toxicity was recorded as the cause of death and samples were taken.
Police found no suspicious circumstances surrounding Mr Wright's death.
Assistant Coroner for Greater Manchester West Mr Stephen Teasdale said the inquest will be reviewed on Friday when it is hoped a date for the full hearing will be set.
