The body of a man in his 30s has been found at a home in Bolton.
Police were called to a house on Gresham Street, Astley Bridge at around 9.30pm on Monday night following reports of concerns for the welfare of a man.
Emergency services attended and a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
A spokesman from Greater Manchester Police said: "Police were called by the ambulance service shortly before 9.30pm on 22 June 2020 to a report of concern for the welfare of a man at a property on Gresham Street, Bolton.
"Emergency services attended but despite the efforts of the ambulance service a man believed to be in his 30s was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances and a file will be passed to the coroner."
The North West Ambulance Service were approached for a comment.
