TWO people have been charged with burglary offences following an incident in Little Lever.

Hannah Totten, aged 27, and Jordan Truman, aged 31, both of Coronation Road, Radcliffe, have been charged with burglary.

Both have been released on bail and are due to appear at Bolton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 4, 2020.

Greater Manchester Police's Bolton North team tweeted on Sunday night: "Two people have been charged following an arrest by an off-duty officer at about 6.20am on Sunday, January 19, in Stopes Road, Little Lever.

"The officer managed to detain the female, whilst the male made off.

"She was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

"Enquires led officers to an address in Radcliffe, where the male was also arrested on suspicion of burglary.

"Tonight, Jordan Truman, 31-years-old and Hannah Totten, 27-years-old, both of Coronation Road, Radcliffe have been charged with burglary.

"Both have been released on bail and are to appear at Bolton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, February 4, 2020."
