The trusts and probate teams at Forbes
A TRUSTS and probate team at an East Lancashire law firm has doubled in size since its inception in 2017.
Multi-million pound claims for national and international firms are the focus for the Forbes-based team, set up by associate Ben Wilson.
The team has now grown to include associate solicitor Kirsty McNulty, solicitors Tom Howcroft and Olivia Jack, and paralegal Sarah Corbridge.
Mr Wilson said: "The team is now well established as the leading contentious trusts and probate team in Lancashire and one of the largest in the north."
Their combined work is overseen by Forbes partner Michael Chambers, head of the 370-strong firm's dispute resolution team.
