ENJOY veganuary with a range of new dishes from Turtle Bay.

The Caribbean restaurant and bar are introducing a new vegan menu with 28 dishes and 30 cocktails.

Covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, one of the plant-based dishes includes, a full English, The Big Vegan Grill Down, or a bowl of coconut porridge with pomegranate, the Blackwell's Breakfast.

There's also Jerk Tofu, Curry Aubergine, and Coconut Rundown, which are all dairy free.

Diners can also indulge in a plant based burger, The Vegan Motherclucker, which is a seitan patty is cooked in Jamaican spices and served with smashed avocado , wild rocket, pink onions, and jerk mayo.

For smaller appetites, there is Beach Tapas dishes, such as Trini Doubles. Sweetcorn Fritters, Fried Plaintain and Curried Chick Peas among others.

Dessert is also on the list, with Chilli Chocolate Brownie, or Rum & Coconut Poached Pineapple.

Turtle Bay’s vegan menu is available throughout the year and two for one happy hour on mocktails will also be available.

The new menu will be available at the Blackburn restaurant.
