A LATCHFORD man has lit up his street with festive lights once again and this time it will bring extra Christmas sparkle as he hopes it will raise money for charity.

Known for his eye-catching Christmas displays, Craig Middlemore used to light up Richmond Avenue each year with the decorations in his garden and house and residents would flock to see them.

He moved away from Richmond Avenue three years ago but is now back in the area and his decorations are 'bigger and better than ever'.

Craig and his son Oakley love putting up the decorations and this year they wanted to help give something back.

Craig said: "I’ve decide this year to do my lights again however, I’m also doing it for charity so people can leave a donation if they like."

The family is raising money for JUMP Children's Charity based in Great Sankey who supports children with terminal and life limiting illnesses across the region.

JUMP works across the north west and north Wales, with strong links at hospices and hospitals across Cheshire, including Claire House Children’s Hospice, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

Craig and his family now live in Pichael Nook and you won't be able to miss the house which is lit up for all to see.
