A NEW nursery, petrol station and restaurant are among the latest plans for the Logistics North site.
The industrial estate in Over Hulton, which is the largest live commercial development in the North West, has revealed the plans in a new application.
The proposed nursery would be used predominantly by those working at the Logistics North site, according to the application.
It said: "It would provide a safe and convenient place for children to be looked after during the day and then for workers to pick them up."
A restaurant or takeaway is proposed so that visitors and workers do not need to travel off site by car to eat.
The proposed petrol station did not feature in the original masterplan approved in 2014 – but would be "in keeping" with the commercial site.
