A MAN has been arrested after police spotted him "running through gardens".

Officers were patrolling the Breightmet area last night when they noticed the man running through gardens in Winchester Way.

Following police checks, the man was found to be wanted for three offences.

He was arrested and held in custody. 

Greater Manchester Police's Bolton North team posted on Twitter at about midnight yesterday: "The Breightmet Neighbourhood Team were on patrol tonight when they came across a male running through gardens in Winchester Way.

"He was caught by officers and found to be wanted for three offences. He’s now been arrested and remains in police custody for questioning."
