OFFICERS are making a fresh bid for information - a year on from when a Lancashire man was last seen. Steven Durand, from Preston, was reported missing from his home in the Hornby Area of the town on October 28, 2018. His debit card was used at a cash machine in Chorley town centre on October 19 before he travelled by train from Chorley to Manchester in the afternoon.

At around 7am the next day, Steven was seen on CCTV at Bargain Booze on Bolton Road in Salford. The last confirmed sighting of him was later that day, when he visited the Premier Store on Agecroft Road in Swinton at 11:00 hours on 20 October. This is the last confirmed sighting of Steven.

Steven is described as mixed race, 5ft 10in tall, of stocky build with cropped dark hair. He is mixed-race and walks with a noticeable limp due to having cerebral palsy. Steven has links to the Preston and Chorley areas.”
