MOTORISTS have been warned of delays this weekend as a result of key roadworks.
Engineers will be working on repairing manholes in the street on a stretch of Blackburn Way, in Egerton, around the junctions with both Cox Green Road and Dimple Road.
This project will begin on Friday, October 11, and is expected to be completed on the evening of Monday, October 14.
During the course of the work there will be temporary traffic lights in place during off-peak hours - mainly late at night or during the early morning.
The repairs are being completed by representatives of Bolton Council's Highway Department and is expected to cause a high level of disruption.
