BURY Jubilee Centre will host its annual open day this weekend and organisers say this year will be bigger and better than ever.
The Age UK run centre off Mosley Avenue will be holding a packed programme of activities and attractions for all ages from 11am on September 14.
Throughout the day there will be a range of exercise activities beginning with a sponsored fun walk with prizes, including for best fancy dress and best dressed dog, to fundraise the centre's new befriending service.
Sponsorship forms for the fun walk are available from the centre.
There will also be a belly dancing class, tai chi class, folk dancing, activities for children, and more.
Next door to the centre a marquee will be erected with many stalls and music, including a cake stall, tombola, Slimming World and Bury Lions.
At the lido Bury Model Boat Club will be exhibiting their boats.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day from a coffee van and the Chatterbox Cafe.
