POLICE were successful in the search for a mentally disabled man who went missing yesterday.
Aron Kovacs, a 32-year-old man originally from Hungary, went missing yesterday and the police appealed to the public for information.
Mr Kovacs was last seen by his family at around 1.30pm yesterday in Queens Park.
Concerns for his safety grew as Mr Kovacs is known to have a mental disability preventing him from recognising his whereabouts.
He is always accompanied in public and was by his family yesterday in the park until they lost sight of him.
Fear swirled as Mr Kovacs speaks very little English and was not in possession of money nor a phone to contact his family.
Police have thanked the public for sharing the appeal.
