Scott McPhee was last seen leaving Blackburn Hospital
Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of an 18-year-old man.
Scott McPhee was last seen leaving Blackburn Hospital on Wednesday August 7.
A police spokesperson said: "Scott is 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, with short brown hair which has a 'rats tail' at the back.
"He was last seen wearing black jeans, black Nike trainers and had no top on."
Police are now asking anyone who may have seen Scott or knows where he is to contact them on 101 quoting log number 1596 of August 7.
