BURY Hospice has officially launched its annual Strictly-style contest which will see 19 couples go head to head on the dance floor.
The launch of this year's Strictly Best Foot Forward competition was held at A Touch of Class dance studio and function room in Little Lever.
The hospice has since made an appeal for two remaining male contestants to join the team.
In a post on their Facebook page, the hospice said: "Thank you to all of our 2019 cohort for coming along and getting stuck in from the off."
The first dance lessons for this year's contest will begin in early September.
Each year the glamorous competition helps to raise thousands of pounds to provide end of life care to patients and their families.
Anyone who wants to take part in the event, which involves autumn rehearsals, should call the fundraising team on 0161 797 1748.
Donations towards the hospice can be made via the Just Giving page at https://buff.ly/2Ygtgok.
