The incident took place off Babylon Lane near Elephant and Castle
POLICE are investigating an alleged indecent exposure in Adlington.
Officers are appealing for information about the incident at 10am on July 5 at the bottom of Babylon Lane next to the Elephant and Castle public house.
A 32-year-old man has been charged with an offence but Sgt Paul Harrison of Chorley Police is encouraging anyone who witnessed anything to come forward with any information they may have.
He said: “We take allegations of this nature very seriously we would like to speak with anyone who saw it to get in touch.
“They can do so by ringing us on 101.”
